Hi Huscarl! First of all, thank you so much for your support! And yes, we think it's totally understable to keep the previous month release, at least a few days, for everyone who couldn't download before. Also, if someone has paid for a release and it's no more in the archive, we don't know why some patreon don't respond well to download or send it to the patron. We want to do that with Gumroad, because for us is very easy and also for patrons, because they don't even need to register in the platform, but yes! We'll take a look to DTRPG. :)

Huscarl

It's fair. I do support the idea of DriveThruRPG as used by one of my other Patrons as that means that previous months files are always available to those who paid for previous months. One of my other Patrons also keeps 2 months (current and previous) available at any one time as this ensures that if you're a bit late getting the files at the end of the month, you've still got a chance of getting them (I have another who has a hard cutoff at the end of the month and doesn't respond well to people asking for access to files if they've missed the deadline - some people just seem to have less busy lives than me :) )

Hi Lonnie! Thanks for the advice! We'll take a look as well to that platform. We've heard that TTRPG has some issues with managing the access to new patrons. We'll learn more about it! :)

Delivering files through drivethrurpg.com would be another way to simplify this as well. Once the files are delivered they are in our library and it makes it easier for us to manage. Also if you update the files they can automatically be updated in our library's.

Yes, it's fair, and as mentioned already, in line with how other patreons run.

Good luck with the move to Scotland

Highlands_Miniatures

Thank you so much for your feedback Phil! We really love that idea so we're going to think about it! We wanted to prepare some special models for special dates (like Christmas ^^) But make a loyalty scheme seems pretty useful. We will tell you after making the moving to Scotland :)

Highlands_Miniatures

Hi! It'll be the same. The only difference is that future Patrons won't be able to download all the previous releases for free. Don't worry! If you have any more doubt let us know :)

Highlands_Miniatures

Nice! Thank you so much Denis for your comment :)

Highlands_Miniatures

Perfect! Thank you for your feedback Patrick ^^

Highlands_Miniatures

Thank you for your comment Endika! :)

Thank you for your response Adam!

I dont really care if new patrons have access to older content. It's up to you guys how you want to monetize.

would I have acess to next months releases if I continue supporting you, or I`ll had to buy models released later?

Makes sense!

i think it´s fair

Adam

Yes it is fair.

Phil Walling

That is a good idea. It increases your potential income. Also it brings you inline with other Patreon’s. One thing that other Patreon’s seem to have started is a loyalty scheme based on 3,6 and 9 months... and onwards a special miniature that is only available for subscribers that hit those targets.
