Technically Fasha would be "Luigizion Style" but... she honestly doesn't look very different at all from the regular Dragon Ball Style to me, so I'm thinking I'll just make her match my other Dragon Ball girls and include this outfit from the picture. Any thoughts on that?

Yeah, I'd say just keep Fasha consistant with your other DBZ girls and just include the outfit. Seems like the natural choice.
