Ah she could hear voices whilst packed up still couldn't she so she probably remembers there were other guys involved. Hopefully she can fight him off and escape

Police officers are also human with their own fears and weaknesses. She's by herself, out of sorts still, and suddenly WAY too close to a person that is very potentially hostile (and much bigger). The minimum safe distance to be able to respond to an attack is at a bare minimum 15 feet. Ideally, 20 feet and she's less than three. So, yeah, even an experienced officer can panic. Besides, the confrontation has only just begun. 😉 So, your critique of the dialogue may be a bit premature.

On a more serious note, the textures look alright. Nothing too crazy. If I had a critique for this image it would be about dialogue. I think writers should always remember that every line a character thinks or speaks is an opportunity to build them into a strong and distinct character. This is an experienced cop we're looking at here, is "Ahhh! No!" really what a trained detective would say? Not "Freeze criminal! You're under arrest!" Maybe she's still woozy from her time as a lamp, but always try to put yourself into the mindset of your character. She's probably dealt with many random thugs in the past. :)
