WOW. I see a sophisticated, cat-walk-ready woman who will do anything for power. Ursula is most definitely a Slytherin LOL The tattoo is a great touch and her eyeshadow is lovely. Great work on giving her a pale completion that doesn't make her look dead. That takes a lot of skill and a keen eye for color. <3
