A non-specifically regional accent. You may have noticed that we didn’t have a newsletter last week. In fact, we had something even better. Last week we launched Side Story, a free podcast hosted by Austin where we can talk about video games both new and old. You can listen on your platform of choice or check out sidestory.show for our inaugural episode.
The opposite of a bat. Newsletter or not, the Perpetua Prelude has continued, with episode 03 and episode 04. Remember to check the show notes to watch the map evolve (Or devolve, depending on your perspective.)
It’s always good to have a witness. Realis 08: Escape from the Serene Atoll 03 is up for our $5+ patrons. Enjoy!
Free-range human farms. Lordy lordy, look who’s on episode #40! Media Club Plus season 1 episode 40 covers Hunter x Hunter #125 and 126. Why only two episodes? Surely nothing fucked up is happening! As always be sure to check out Keith’s screencaps for free nightmare fodder.
Teach a man machete… We actually dropped another fun surprise last week, a co-op Let’s Play of Outward! Side Story LPs are attached to our $10 tier and will be posted every other week, but we’ve put up the first episode for free. Austin’s been having a little bit of fun with the editing, so if you like our streams but want something with slightly more polish then consider tuning in!
Horsemaxxing. What’s up Mistria-heads? Trick question, it’s the walls of a new silly barn for silly animals! If you’ve been following Ali’s Fields of Mistria streams on Twitch then make sure you’re caught up on her VODs from last week and the week before. If you prefer the YouTube archives, then please enjoy stream #19 and stream #20.
Do I have to make him go!? Keith made Jack play Shenmue. (‾◡◝) Someone had to do it.
That’s why we watch the game! Basketball. Hoops. The ol’ peachbasket. Austin and Art joined Dre to stream a bit of the… let’s say “much lauded” career mode in NBA2k16. If you know you know.
Bonus! Come for the Switch 2 talk, stay for the hamburger hole. Last week our friends over at Remap Radio got together for some multi-day in-person streaming, and Austin swung by for a few segments where everyone used a computer really really well. You can check out the archives on Remap’s YouTube channel or on Twitch here!

It's not just a hamburger hole, it's a hamburger home.
