The most difficult thing was not to lose sight of all the details that I would like to show! And yet I missed some details. For me, this is a rather difficult task to draw active animals in the water х) But I think I've made a little progress on this drawing anyway

Thank you! Usually moisture is quickly absorbed into the paper, but large colored areas dry the longest, such as the sky, background and the main color of the characters, because a large amount of water is used there for uniform coloring. It usually dries for 10-15 minutes. You can use a hair dryer to speed up the process, but in my experience the paint becomes less saturated
