Personally i think a dick version would look good based on the sketch you've posted. Maybe having it hang down along where her thighs meet or even if it's just her balls visible from the back. Or you could make a sweatier, stinkier, uh oh-er version i wouldn't mind that at all no sir... Either way i know it's gonna look great lol
