Sorry for the late update.
This is a mob getting a regular checkup of his penis by a tiger doctor who has a reputation for being gentle, polite, and gentle with his big hands.
I wanted to see a naughty picture of Ram-chan and the mob once in a while, so I drew this in a doctor parody.
You can imagine the setting of the mob as you like.

Then we will begin the medical examination. Today is the regular checkup of your penis.
It's getting a little big, isn't it? Please relax as I take care of it.
You seem nervous. How do you usually do?
There are no other patients here today, so you can take your time.
Oh, I got out all right. It was quick.
It's very good and healthy!
It doesn't seem to have subsided yet. Let's try again.
