Hochiki makes one... aerosolizes a fog of potassium carbonate, interrupts standard oxidization fires at the free radical stage (ignition). They make it for whole room protection, or as a portable grenade, pull pin and throw. Fire departments have started using them to lower the temp in a room before entering, as one grenade is not enough to fully extinguish a room fire.

What's she complaining about? Doc used the CO2 and not the Dry Chemical, so she doesn't have to clean up THAT mess. :D
