Exactly! If you look at the pics of Pirta in Doc’s gallery, you’ll see that the Areola and nipple areas are free of fur.

That part of the anatomy is usually quite bare of fur and hair across all mammals, to make it easier for suckling young.

Well, admittedly all my experience is with non-furry females (and only one of those for the last 28 years) so my only reference is with dogs and cats. And since I'm not a veterinarian, I've not done any close inspection of such things, but it seems to me that there's very little non-furry area to work with. Its hilarious, tho, that we are even discussing this. :D
