Lestrade: Come on, "Professor!" It's off to gaol with you! (puts cuffs on Moriarty.)
(Moriarty whirls around and butts Lestrade in the stomach, then dives across the floor between Holmes' legs, squirming along like a snake)
Lestrade: Catch him! Get him! Don't let him get away!
Moriarty: (on the windowsill) You think you're so clever, but you're not! You will never capture me! And you had better be sleeping with one eye open, because I swear vengeance against you, you meddling twit!
(Moriarty turns and crashes out through the windowpane.)
(Holmes and Watson lean over the sill, looking down at the street.)
Holmes: Spectacular exit. Pity he forgot we are on the third floor.
Watson: Yes. That was certainly a wreck-the-back fall.
Homes: (lighting pipe) Well, Lestrade, you can go collect what's left of Professor Moriarty. I deduce things will be rather quiet around here for the next twenty or thirty years...maybe for life. (pause) I may need to take up a new hobby. Perhaps...beekeeping.

Considering that Holmes was on a UK third floor, that's four floors straight down for Moriarty to have fallen. UK counts floors as ground, first, second, third. US counts the same as first, second, third, fourth.
