Well as you just saw, first the new young team had issues dealing with what to do in their spare time until they fought that Mr. Twister and did badly at first but then managed to get it together and took him down. Then on their first official mission dealing with Cobra they were trying to decide who should be leader and obviously it was gonna be Aqualad cause he was already giving off leader vibes since the beginning ya know.
