Right, so let's start with these gears. to be able to communicate and understand the canines, you have to assume the same role and mentality as them. First, let's put these on!

Start with the stance. You have to be at the same level as your four-legged friends to understand them and vice versa. So let's wrap your legs up in these stockings.

Now that you will be mostly on your hands and knees, we need to protect your hands with these gloves.

E-erm... Mr. trainer, I can't really see with this on and I can barely understand you, everything turned into mumbles.
No worries, That's an important part of this method. Dogs do not like eye contact since you'll be relying mostly on your body language, you don't need to understand human words for this.
That said, you also won't need to communicate verbally.
