She could feel some wet and sticky chunks cling and smearing onto her. Without the use of her eye-sight, her nose became very good at picking up scents. Gravy, spices? She felt small pieces of bones hit her and fall off. It must have been a big feast. What was it? Thanksgiving? Christmas? Has it been that long? No matter what, It's a good thing. It meant that she would have more to eat after the dogs are done with the scraps. That's what she is. The lowest of this pack, picking scraps out of scraps.
These people up there don't let her starve though. They come down from time to time to check on her, give her "medications", use her and leave her the "extra protein". If there are not enough scraps for her, then she would count on what's left in the used condoms. The dogs never touch those, all for her. It's not easy to slurp down the gooey mess with the ring gag and her tied tongue, but somehow she did it.
Then she could smell them. Through the bandage wrapped around her head, she could hear the muffled footsteps approaching, claws scratching at a piece of plastic sheet pushing it open. That sheet is the only thing physically between her and the outside world. The dogs can come and go as they please, while she has to stay here. Kept by a cable tethered her locked metal collar to the ground. Even if she could get out, she doubts she could go very far on her reduced "paws". The condition of her modified limbs made her clumsy even in this small, confined space that has been a home to her.
The musky smells of the pack were so strong now and she could hear the panting noises and feel the body heat around her. They started eating away the discarded food. She laid down and stayed as still as she can. Some members of the pack don't like her even going near the food until they get their picks. She learned that the hard way. Being blinded by the bandage and clumsy on her limbs, she learned many things about being the lowest member of the pack. They were taught to her physically with teeth and claws, and she has the marks on her body as proof.
Time passed and the dogs seem to be done. Some of them licked the scraps on her body then growled. She took it as a sign that it's time. Not her time to eat just yet, but time to "work". Some of the members of the pack learned that they can use her "service" in exchange for letting her get to the scraps.
What else can she do? A bitch needs to eat for her litter.

And that's why I put that first pic there. I got a bit worried that some might not be ok with a darker tone of this one. Also, it's why I'm not putting special thanks shout-out in these type of pics in case some might not be ok with having their names on em.
Let me know what you think! Do you want more extreme, darker stuffs? (I like it, but it's complicate to post on some places) or do you prefer the lighter side of kinks?
