Having just finished watching this, it's fun to see again through your eyes and realize how most of the guys were complete jackasses right from the start. The UK reunions are SO much better and they don't waste a ton of time on people from previous seasons. Agree with y'all that these are superior hosts. But we love to mock Nick and what's-her-name.

"Passing ships (in the night)" is a metaphor for when an interaction or relationship is short lived, or when two people's paths are constantly splitting and converging (ex: one comes home as the other is leaving)...like when two ships pass each other in the night.
