I think the difference is that Dara was a) not that far ahead of Sarah actually. There was still a chance she might win until the last episode. And b) he felt less competitive (even though he was a compatatave dad) and less serious about wanting to win (Feel free to disagree but that‘s why I was not bothered as much with Dara or even Mat dominating)

Is a West Coast Cooler the same as the tiny bottles of liquor / wine they serve on airplanes? If so then yes, they do sell those at like gas stations or convenience stores in the US. But they are only "cheap" because they are so tiny -- from a $/liter perspective, it's way more expensive than a normal sized bottle. So in other words, people buy them when they can't scrape together enough cash to buy the cheapest normal sized bottle of liquor but are still so desperate to become intoxicated that they'll spend the little cash they actually do have for a single mouthful of alcohol.
