Mr Swallows is a very specific comedy character, I can see why people wouldn’t like it but I think he’s hilarious as that character and Nick winking into the camera every time he says umbrella is one of my fave bits of this season. Also I think Wolfie is a showcase of Sophie’s ability to create quite layered characters in a matter of minutes and Greg underrated it terribly.

#justiceforwolfie trended after this episode. Apparently later this during the studio record, Greg realised he had underscored. Was so excited for your reaction to umbrella. Sophie yelling umbrella is an all timer moment for me alongside Nick and Steve’s failure. It felt like John Kearns was there sabotaging them.
