Yardie is a Jamaican/Caribbean patois with a complex history but it essentially means home, it’s been reappropriated in the UK to mean young Jamaican lads involved in gang stuff. It’s all a bit racist when white people talk about it but I think that’s the joke, that Jeremy’s an idiot.
