It sounds as if the Government should be expanding on their explanations yet more. Cannon also needs the most experienced court clerk and bailiff in the district -- I wonder whether the Eleventh District would suggest people to her? A button at the bench to cut the feed, but not the recording, might be helpful, if it meant Trump knew that any acting up would be cut off from his audience . . . .

I'm thinking that if TFG (that f-ing guy) is forced to sit in court as evidence is served up, he will be unable to refrain from interrupting and shouting at the judge, addressing the jury directly, bad mouthing jack Smith, basically everything any *normal* defendant would be found in contempt for. The question is, how will the two different judges react? There are a lot of calls for cameras. But is giving a reality tv star a camera a good idea in this context? Jack Smith talks about trying the case in the media. Putting a camera in court... Is that pouring gasoline on the smoldering fire that's sure to start Burning once the court case starts getting real for TFG?

This one had me confused, I did wonder why Cannon brought up the two grand juries. It seemed like she thought it was suspectβ¦.so now itβs all clarified ππ ty

Not only the above (that you don't rehash cable media pundits), but you're almost always *first* to break down these developments *and* to do a deep dive on them....and in an enjoyable and entertaining fashion.

Thanks for another excellent podcast. I appreciate the fact that you don't simply re-hash the same things that cable media pundits are repeating ad nauseum, and that you make a point to explain Judge Cannon's actions in the way most favorable to her argument (even when her argument is ultimately unpersuasive).
