What are the legal avenues that actually have a chance to get Elon out of our sensitive data (and preferably out of the White House in general, but mostly the sensitive data)? Are his actions illegal? Can anything be done, or are we screwed (due to the SCOTUS ruling?) I’m also curious on your take about whether the federal gov would be able to target individual trans people by identifying them through passport gender marker changes, gender-affirming care medical history, etc? (AKA, am I on a list somewhere?) Would this be legal (and does the legality even matter)?

Regardless of what SCOTUS will or won't do, does the argument used to end Chevron deference potentially apply to presidentially imposed Tariffs? The right to levy taxes is enumerated to Congress. If Congress can't delegate rule making in a law, does it not follow that they can't delegate taxes?
