NEWCOMING SUPPORTERS: WILL BE CHARGED ON THE SAME DAY THEY JOINED EVERY MONTH (RATHER THAN POSSIBLY BEING CHARGED TWICE )

This is a great change, I usually subscribe at random times so I end up getting less value. This will fix that!
