if your video dosent climb too high in views maybe. so far I'm pretty sure they're actively monitoring every new video that use the song blowing up in views and then they do the claim.

its not youtube, its the rights holder of the song that probably choose not to set their copyright claims to automatic claim. Cause if the music is Auto claim, it will already trigger the system when I upload a unlisted video with the music in it to test for copyright claim.
