Its so easy so get get hung up one mistake and just remember that and fixate on that. What's drawn me to Nate is just his fucking trying attitude. As a student I used bolognese from a jar and considered that cooking from scratch.... well it was a step up from ordering take out. Its misinformation that make people use jar sauces, i cant believe I bought dolmio sauce.... even eating at the time I knew it was a bit shit. Fuck jar sauce.

Nate, what I love about your recipes and cooking is it doesn't really matter. Growing up kinda learning to cook by myself, if I didn't have an ingredient or not quiet enough or something then id consider the whole dish ruined. You and Jack Monroe really opened my eyes to sensible cooking. If you've never heard of her I wouldn't be surprised but she's extremely under rated and I reckon right up your street.
