You have to make sure your replace all save data with the one provided above. that means through files SS/Game/Saves AND %appdata%/RenPy/SS. I had trouble with it, too. Not really computer savvyXD

The preset saves only have everything BUT the new content in it unlocked. You still have to do those storylines. But I'd suggest making sure you finish everything before downloading every new update. This way, you can just download the preset save and everything you've done in prior versions will already be completed. It's a hassle restarting every update when very few things have been added in near the end.

You will always have to start a new game with each update, no matter if it's Android, PC or Mac. Save files do not work. That's why DC added the cheat code for max stats and money, so you can skip the mini-games.

That's not the save I'm referring to. I'm talking about my saves. Not a preset of saves. Where's the fun in that. Saves for 0.18.0 worked with 0.18.2 but not with 0.18.5. It's lazy work to make it so your saves can't carry over.

I used the save that came with the update so most of the work was already done (no need to get the sex toys, or hack her laptop). The new scenes basically you go to the areas mentioned (pool, bed and dinning room) and you ask her if you want to fool around. Story wise I think a couple of cutscenes were triggered on their own and one more you trigger when you read her diary. After that nothing new seems to happen with her.

Honestly, it's just fucking STUPID that even after all this time you can't make saves compatible even between versions with only an 0.0.5 difference between them, forcing either a complete restart or the use of pregenerated saves every damn time! I can't even think of another Ren'py-based game that has this problem so badly (some occasionally lose compatibility between versions with major gameplay changes, but never EVERY time), and certainly not one this heavily-funded!
