on the characters that you can rename it would be nice to have an option for two names so the character that you play could call debbie (mom) and jenny (sis) but the other characters refer the those particular characters as debbi and jenny... so you can get around that the patreon thing and that decision would be on the end user whether to play that way.

Honestly I think most just want more art and animations. It would be nice if more characters had a large list of options like Debbie. You could even make some activities only available if you get them a gift from the mall, kinda like how you can only get a special treat from Maria if you help her out in the kitchen.
