The one on her left cheek is the horde symbol, a faction of races that she once supported but now hates, also the faction that the elf belongs to. The other is the symbol of the game's highest order of mages which she once led, she's also probably cannonically the second most powerful mage in the game. Damn Jaina is one hot mess now I come to think about, a lot of people playing the game are expecting her to turn evil any second.
