Only Man In office - Part 3
🕑 Added 2025-03-13 13:33:07 +0000 UTC"Dr. Garrett, it's so nice to meet you again! Please come in and take a seat. Do you want something to drink? I could have Michael bring you some coffee or tea if you like."
"Well, thank you, Mrs. Sharp. That's really kind of you, but not right now. Michael already offered me a drink, but I declined. Maybe we can drink something later after our meeting," Dr. Garrett replied.
"Well, you might ask yourself why I wanted to talk to you again," Mrs. Sharp started the conversation.
"We just talked about how Michael will soon get to become more of a secretary than he is right now. Now that things have increased we need him to appear more feminine during the next few days," she said.
"Oh, I already know that it would happen and I am willing to help you," Mrs. Garrett answered. "But please call me 'Christine' as I know that we will have a really close connection in the future."
"Nice to hear that, 'Christine', just call me 'Becky', dear. I was so surprised this morning when Michael arrived here in his sweet pantsuit and that lovely blouse. He already told me that you lent him your blouse - that´s so sweet of you. I was really impressed too by the nice higher heels that he was wearing with no hesitation. He told to me that you chose his outfit for today. Very well done, you have a very good taste."
"To be true, it is mostly his very own good taste. He just bought that suit online a few years ago. It's a 44-piece suit with a matching skirt. And even the shoes are his,"
"Oh, really! But even with the pants, it looks lovely and very professional," Mrs. Sharp replied.
"I just brought the skirt with me in case you still need it here. And I brought one of his new pussy bow blouses he just recently ordered at 'Hawes & Curtis' too. He really is into such frilly blouses and I guess they would be really suitable for his further feminization here," With these words she opened her bag and gave Mrs. Sharp the skirt and the blouse.
"Christine, that's a really lovely blouse and a good brand for professional office wear. I know it will look so cute on him and I will have him wearing it really soon. And thank you for the skirt too.
It would look lovely with the rest of the suit on him. Maybe I can even get him into the skirt this afternoon," With that,t she stood up and went to her wardrobe to put the skirt and blouse on a hanger.
"You know, we have a new important client for which I need Michael doing some teaching lessons?" she asked Dr. Garrett.
"Yes, I know that and he told me about that yesterday. He assumes, that he will have to completely dress as a woman when he has to start working there too, right?"
"Yes, I guess so. Mrs. Sinclair from that other company is really into the feminine movement and also employs women only in her company. That's why they only accepted female teachers for their employees. But I know that we will get Michael properly attired to get into that job in no time," she added with a smile.
"Yes, for sure. You can count on me, Becky. Even if it is hard to tell our daughters I guess that sooner or later he will become a woman in the workplace."
"Have you ever considered becoming a Mistress to your husband in a female-led relationship?" Becky asked her. "Oh, no, I've never thought about that. I'm totally inexperienced with such a thing. What does a 'female-led relationship' exactly mean?"
"Well, maybe I can help you out with some information about that topic in the future. In a FLR the woman leads in everything and the male is subordinated to her. I guess it would be the perfect relationship for you and Michael and maybe you can get some advice from me when you ever want," "Well, I guess I will think about that in the future, Becky."
"So, then it is settled: we will get him into nice feminine clothes as soon as possible and further develop him into my proper secretary, ok?"
"Yes, ok, Becky. And if you ever need to further feminize him maybe I can help you with the proper medications too. Better it is professionally done than he is harmed in someplace."
"Thank you so much, Christine, I really appreciate your help. You are a great lady and I am sure we will become very close friends," "Me too, Becky. But now I have to rush, I have some more patients to treat," With that, she rode from her seat and was accompanied by Mrs. Sharp to the door. The ladies kissed goodbye. Outside she gave Michael a kiss on the lips and a hug too and said goodbye to both of them.
Mrs. Sharp smiled and said to Michael, "You have a great wife, Michael. She is really special. I want you to always treat her really nicely, to love and obey her, to do everything for her well-being. She should be your one and only. You will never cheat on her and only do what she asks you to do, is that clear?"
"Well, yes, Mrs. Sharp, that's totally clear," Michael replied, a bit unsure why his boss told him so.
"Now come into my office, dear, I just have a nice surprise for you," Mrs. Sharp said with a smile. After returning to her office Mrs. Sharp closed the door behind them. "Michael, your wife just told me that you are used to wearing skirts from time to time in your privacy at home? And that you sometimes go outside dressed as a woman. Is that correct?"
"Well, uhhh.... yes, Mrs. Sharp, that is correct. I never thought that she would tell you that though..." he said with a deepened reddish face.
Mrs. Sharp went to her drawer and got the hanger with the blouse and skirt. "Your wife did not only tell me that, dear, she even brought me one of your preferred blouses and the matching skirt for your suit. I want you to put it on now and show me what I can expect to see my assistant look like in the future."
Michael took the hanger from her reluctantly and undid his blazer and the pants. "The blouse too, I want to see the whole ensemble," Mrs. Sharp reminded him. After putting on the new blouse, he tied the loops into a beautiful bow and finally stepped into the skirt and closed it expertly in the back. Then he put back on the jacket and waited for her response.
"You really did not do that the first time, right?" she said with a smile. "That looked really experienced. So your wife was correct. You should have told me that in our first conversation, dear. You really look cute in a skirt and you have such marvelous legs too. It would be a shame to hide them under your pants from the view of your colleagues. You surely should consider wearing skirts to work every day, dear," she smiled.
"Don't make me do that, Mrs. Sharp. That would be really embarrassing to me and I would become the laughter of all the other employees," he nearly cried. "I just can't walk around here in a skirt...!"
"Don't be afraid, dear, you are allowed to return to your pants for now.
I just wanted to know how you would look completely dressed in your skirt suit. But maybe we need that look for your teaching job for Mrs. Sinclair," Mrs. Sharp calmed him down for now. But during that, there was a knock on the door.
Michael froze in horror when Mrs. Sharp said "Come in, please," The door opened,d and in came Ms. Moore with Amy in tow. "Rebecca, did you forget that we will have the meeting right now? We wanted to discuss the further development of my unit," she said while staring right into Michael´s eyes.
"Oh, my, Michael! You look terrific in that skirt suit, really smart. Wow! I didn't know that you have such beautiful legs, are they shaved?
And I really love that cute blouse, it's so feminine," she said with a glee. Amy smiled at him too. Surely both ladies loved and approved his look but Michael was full of shame. He looked to the floor and even didn't know what to say.
"Don't be embarrassed, dear. Ms. Moore and Amy just like your new look as I can see. And you should really get used to being seen in a nice skirt because I'm sure you will wear them a lot in the future."
"Bethany and Amy, I'm so sorry that I forgot our appointment. Please will you go to the board room. Michael and I will follow you in just a few minutes," After the ladies left Mrs. Sharp took Michael in her arms and calmed the completely distraught man. "Shhh, my dear, everything will be ok. Bethany and Amy are nice ladies and won't tell everybody what they have seen. You may take the skirt off right now.
But please keep on that lovely blouse. It's so nice on you and when you wear your jacket over it nobody would really notice. After all, you are my personal assistant and everybody knows that you will dress as I require. So everybody will know I made you wear that bow blouse."
With that, Michael undressed and returned to wear the pants. After tucking in the blouse and putting on the jacked he dried his cried eyes with a handkerchief. Because he still had a totally howled face Mrs. Sharp went to her drawer and took out her makeup kit. She put some light foundation on his face followed by some face powder.
Michael couldn't stop her, he was still very upset. He let her do his face with light makeup and even when she opened her natural-colored lipstick he didn't refuse.
She outlined his eyebrows a bit with a dark pencil and also colored his eyelashes. Finally, she accented his cheekbones with a light pink blusher.
"Come on, dear, just grab your notepad, we now have our meeting with the nice ladies..." Michael followed Mrs. Sharp out of her office and straight to the boardroom. When they crossed the open office spaces, some of the secretaries glanced after them surely seeing Michael's new blouse.
When they entered the board room Ms. Moore and Amy were already there. Ms. Moore smiled at Michael, surely spotting the light makeup on Michael's face. "Michael, we don't want to embarrass you in Becky's office.
Amy and I didn't know that you were dressing there and never expected to see you there trying on a skirt.
Please accept our apologies, we don't want to offend you. Let me say that you are a really lovely person and we like you very much. You looked lovely in that skirt, you should consider putting on one in the future. Oh, and I really like that you still wear that lovely bow blouse. It's great that you have such confidence. You really look lovely in it."
"Thank you, Beth, I just told Michael the same," said Mrs. Sharp.
"He calmed down a bit and I guess we can still get to go to work now, right, Michael?"
"Yeah, right. I am ok, Mrs. Sharp. Thank you for your kind words, Ms. Moore, you are a really nice person," Michael replied.
After that was said they started the meeting. Ms. Moore told Becky everything she wanted to get changed in her unit.
Amy and Michael were taking notes of the conversation so everything could be put into consideration afterward. There were a lot of changes necessary during the last few days. Meanwhile, all of the males there were let go and replaced with female employees. So Michael was really the only male left in that unit now.
"Michael, you just realized that you are the only male left in my unit?" Ms. Moore asked at the end of the meeting. "I really appreciate all your efforts to blend in our office and you really look the part now. It's so nice that you even considered using a little bit of makeup. That's great.
But I guess that when customers are around here we can't call you 'Michael' anymore. That would be a bit surprising for other people who don´t know you. Do you agree, Becky?"
"Yeah, I guess so," Mrs. Sharp replied. "I just thought about that too and I think that we should find you a suitable name for the time being at the office. What do you think, Amy?"
"Well, I think you are right, Mrs. Sharp. Because Michael is already looking a bit feminine we should call him by a feminine name from now on. I think that 'Michelle' would be a really lovely name and so suitable for your secretary, Mrs. Sharp. And it is the feminine form of his male name so he would get used to it faster."
"Oh, I love the name 'Michelle', that is really a wonderful suggestion," Michael didn't know what to say and only looked from one to the other. "Is that really necessary, Mrs. Sharp?" he finally asked.
"Yes, I think this is necessary, Michael. I think it is very important to keep a professional business environment here and to avoid anything that could distract our customers.
So from now on you will be addressed as 'Michelle', when you are working here. Thank you again, Amy for that lovely name-suggestion. Or did you already choose another name for yourself, Michael?" she finally asked.
"No, 'Michelle' is just fine. I like the name as every other girl's name you like to call me, Mrs. Sharp," Michael replied demurely. Even if he used the name 'Marie-Christine' for his secret feminine life by himself for a few years now he was too embarrassed to confess that to Mrs. Sharp and the other ladies. He did not know that she already knew about his secret crossdressing and that she already talked with his wife about that.
"Are you ok with that, Beth?" Mrs. Sharp asked her friend. "Yes, absolutely, it is a lovely name and I will get to change the Company ID, the fil, es, and the name badges to 'Ms. Michelle Garrett' as soon as possible. But besides the makeup you already wear you should consider getting a professional makeover, Michelle.
It's better to blend in with a more feminine face and maybe even with a slightly more feminine haircut. Right now you really look too masculine and maybe that could be a problem with some of our customers," she finally said.
"That is a really good plan, Beth," Mrs. Sharp followed. "I think I can help Michelle with the haircut. I think I have a nice-looking pageboy wig in my office that we can use for now. Let's see how it will look on her. Maybe Amy can help me with some finishing touches to get my newly made personal assistant presentable," she said with a smile.
"Of course I would like to help, Mrs. Sharp," Amy replied right away.
"And for later we could get her an appointment at Ms. Walter's salon in the next few days. I thought that your friend Melissa knew the owner personally and you could get an early appointment for Michelle there? Would you be so kind to please take care of it then?" Mrs. Sharp told her.
"Yes, Mrs. Sharp, you can count on me. I will get her a salon appointment as soon as possible. What would you like to be done for Michelle? And is it possible to use the company account to pay for the whole treatment?" she asked.
"Let's talk that over in my office, Amy," Mrs. Sharp finally decided.
Michael was in a daze and did not respond to any of their conversations. Maybe he even thought about telling all that to his wife when he went home that evening. Maybe he was daydreaming of being the perfect feminine secretary and being on display to a lot of people like he did so often in the past. When the ladies rose to their feet and returned to Mrs.Sharps'ss office he followed them like a somnambulist.
Back at her office Mrs. Sharp looked into her drawer to get out a box with a short brown haired wig in a pageboy style with cute bangs and an inside curl on each side.
She handed it to Amy to let her put the wig on Michael. He was staring at her as she placed it onto his head and straightened the hair a little with her fingers. "Wow, you look so cute, Michelle," Amy finally said. "If I didn't know that you are a male I would have thought that you were a young professional woman."
"You are so right, Amy. Our Michelle here blossomed into a lovely young lady," Mrs. Sharp stated. "I am so proud of you, my dear. I know that you will have a wonderful future in this company working for me. What do you say, dear?"
Michael was speechless to see himself with the new wig and the feminine pantsuit
Michael looked into the mirror of Mrs. Sharp's wardrobe and did not realize what he was seeing there. In the mirror, there was a friendly young woman with a stylish pageboy cut and a really feminine face staring back at him.
"Well,... Mrs. Sharp, you really surprised me. I don't know that person over there. Is it really me? She looks adorable and I never thought that I could look so convincing as a female. Wow, I'm speechless," Michael said with a trembling voice.
"It is really you, Michelle," Amy said to him "and I'm so glad that I got to know you yesterday and that we will work together from this day forward. You are a really special person and even if I liked you yesterday when we first met I like you even more now. You are so suitable to be in our secretary pool and I can't wait to see you after your makeover. I'd love to become best friends with you and the other girls."
"Amy, you are so right," Mrs. Sharp finally said. "My shy and weak personal assistant Michael turned out to become a stylish and fashionable lady. I knew it before, there is much potential in you to become a real secretary, Michelle. There is no doubt that you could become a valuable trainer for Mrs. Sinclair's company which means that you will follow her demands as well as mine. But for now, I'll let you process everything.
I know that you had a really crazy day and that you have a lot to discuss with your wife this evening. You can put on your coat and go home now, my dear. But please wear the wig home as well as the makeup. I want your wife to see what you turned out to become today. See you tomorrow at eight, Michelle."
"Mrs. Sharp, we still need to discuss what we want to have done during the salon visit. It's better to know it before I make the appointment, do you think so?" Amy asked.
"Oh, you are right, Amy. We will fix that up right now. But please, Michelle, go home now. You need the relaxation and I want to surprise you with everything that will be done at the salon, don't you agree, dear?"
"Well, yes, for sure. You are to decide that, Mrs. Sharp. Thank you for allowing me to leave for today," Michael answered. With that he put on his wife's coat and hat, grabbed his purse, and left the office, still wearing his makeup and the pageboy wig.
When Michael left, Amy asked Mrs. Sharp. "Mrs. Sharp, what do you have in mind to do for Michelle at the salon? I would suggest a complete makeover for him and that he be taught how to apply makeup for himself in the future. He will have to learn so much in that instance.
And I would prefer to have his nails done with some acrylics. It's so nice to hear the clicking noise when someone with long nails is typing on the keyboard," she said with a chuckle.
"First of all, my dear Amy, it's always 'she' and 'her' from now on when we talk about Michelle. We need to do that properly as we don't want anybody not knowing her secret to become suspicious, understood?" Mrs. Sharp told her.
"But I totally agree with you, she will have to learn everything about professional makeup and how it is done properly. I guess you have to speak with Mrs. Walters personally to have that cleared properly."
"Of course, I will," Amy said "And I was even thinking of accompanying Michelle to monitor the transformation correctly."
"Perfect idea, Amy," Mrs. Sharp shouted. "You are so clever. That's the perfect solution in case anything has to be decided in the salon. I very much agree with it. But please take some notes now of what I want to be done there.
Besides the makeup I want her to get a proper pedicure. Sparkling red toenails will be necessary to always keep her in feminine mode. Then I want her to get a manicure like you suggested with long acrylic nails, a quarter-inch minimum length, and almond-shaped. You may decide if you would prefer her to get the same sparkling red nails as her toenails or maybe a nice French manicure.
Next, I want her eyebrows to be done. They should be thinned out into a nice feminine arch," Mrs. Sharp concluded.
"Her hair is a bit difficult. Because it is so short we will have her wearing the wig for the near future. But maybe Mrs Walters can get her natural hair shaped into a nice stylish pixie cut so that when she removes her wig at home she still has a feminine haircut. Please ask her to do her best to make Michelle look really feminine.
Finally, she has to get her ears pierced, one hole in each lobe. I want her to have nice silver hoops in each earlobe when she returns to the office afterward. Do you have all of that, Amy?"
"Yes, Mrs. Sharp, I have everything noted. Leave it to me, I will suggest a nice French manicure for Michelle. We still have time for sparkling red nails in the future," Amy answered.
"It's up to you, dear. You can decide for yourself, I totally agree with everything. So now please call the salon to schedule that appointment and tell them all the details that must be done. Afterward, send me a message with the date and time. Thank you for all your help, Amy, I'm really happy to have you helping me."
"I'm really happy to help you too, developing Michelle into a lovely woman," Amy replied. Then she left Mrs. Sharp's office to schedule the appointment After making the call she was able to get an early appointment for him for the next day.

I can’t wait to see the dynamics with his daughters. Also, so far everything is reversible but what will happen if they want his skin to appear smoother or if they want him to appear to have cleavage and/or a more hourglass figure without using padding?

Seems like Michael/ Michelle will accomplish all his dreams and fantasies, even if it is at a blistering pace. Looking forward eagerly to more of this story.💁♀️

Wow! Accelerated transformation is right. What happened to, take it slow or is this slow? All the women in the office are happy and the wife. I hope Michael/Michelle can handle the speed of change. Look forward to the next chapter.

Things are accelerating for Michelle. I'm hoping she gets three ear piercings in each lobe. I'm excited for Michelle. I hope she can get hair extensions to go with her longer nails!
