The logo represents a brain in a box. The separation between the hemispheres indicates that this is likely not a normal brain, suggesting perhaps that the "Neuro Frame" may be an artificial intelligence that utilises organic neural matter for connectivity and processing.

Something external/physical, something like V.R. programs would have more of an ethereal name. I'll just merge my guesses and say my final answer is prosthetic augs

Clearly left and right hemispheres of the brain so I would guess it's a research laboratory. My gut says they're putting brains in robotics but for what purpose is uncertain, surely something nefarious.
