Updated version of the HIPW rulebook

Here's a quick update: An updated version of the Human Interface Proxy War rulebook is now available.
The key changes include:
"Autistic Mode" has been renamed to "Isolation Protocol."
Grenade rules have been standardized.

I really appreciate the name change. It was very othering and didn't represent a large portion of the autistic community. It's made sense in context, but it is much better with the new name.
