Game of Thrones, seasons 1 through 5, are unprecedented and untoppable in my experience. (6-8 are okay, better than a lot of TV series.) Amazing storytelling and dialogue. Unmatched production values. Brilliant performances by a perfect cast with no weak links. House of the Dragon is a weak sister series IMO.
