One of my favorite SR-71 stories
🕑 Added 2019-09-18 01:42:46 +0000 UTCDanny and Gregg have not been available to film with for the last couple of weeks so it gave me a chance to post this really cool story about an SR-71. This story isn't well-known but it really has a big plot twist at the end that will give you a chuckle.
thanks everyone!

Thanks for sharing that, Jeff. Have you read Skunk Works by Ben Rick? I'm going to bet that you have, it's a fascinating book for anyone who's interested in some of our most secret and advanced aeronautic achievements.
I have been an aeronautics fan my entire life. As a kid I built model airplanes by the boat load. Thanks for sharing the very cool SR-71 story Jeff. The coolest part was how the fisherman knew where the airplane was resting. Not such a simple guy. Real smart fisherman.

Ever since I was a kid I loved the blackbird I still think it's very capable platform.
