Monstrous 2 oz. subsonic slug - busts through lead plate
🕑 Added 2020-08-11 17:11:05 +0000 UTCThis is Evan's latest design. It is an elongated diabolo shape. I believed these still needed spin if they had a chance of flying straight, so we used a rifled choke. However, the dimensions of these prevented proper engagement with the rifling so they had no spin at all. But that really didn't stop these from working very well.

Great video with an amazing slug! Props to Evan for another incredible design! Keep thinking them up, Evan. Big thanks to the whole team. It was unreal to see that Big Brass Bxxxxxd punch through the lead plate!!! As for Danny, get well soon, brother. (Personally, I think they're slowly turning him into a cyborg with built in laser sights, fin-less projectile stabilization, an integrated cryogenic heat shield and an earth mounted harmonically balanced anchor to combat the Coriolis Effect, but then again, I'm trying to become a conspiracy theorist in my spare time. The classes are expensive, though).

Wow! It’s like that lead plate was made of paper! I agree with O.G.-need to have Breanna back on the show! Well wishes for Danny.
Wow!

Interesting that the slug Kind of rattled around in the lead plate as it was going through (look close at the high speed). Get well soon Danny.

thanks Riley!
Sort of the same concept as the 45ACP - big, massive and slow-moving. Still quite effective.
Also best wishes to Danny I hope he has a fast smooth recovery, I’ve been watching the channel for so long that I feel like you guys are just long distance friends so I appreciate all of the crew that makes these videos possible - Jeff/OG/Danny/Bre and all the people that donate. Let’s all stay safe and healthy out here.
