The only way to make sure to add your address is at the beginning when you're signing up for Tier VIP or higher. If you're not sure if you were successful I would DM HaneAme. She and her staff could check to see if your address was successfully added. Only other option I could suggest is go down to Tier 2 and then go back to Tier VIP. The option for address would become available again. I hope these options help you out. 🤞
