This is only available to upper tier Patrons currently, so thanks for not being poor.

YH/YG is a grade of Tube its their milspec line, I think they used to be called YH tubes and renamed them YG, so no difference. All Elbit tubes are pinnacle, Pinnacle is a marketing turn for thin filmed tubes. Lots of companies attach marketing terms to NV products, Elbit has Pinnacle, L3H has Chrome, Photonis has 4G and so on.

Is there a difference between YH & YG tubes? How about the Pinnacle® designation? Have heard that Pinnacle® tubes are better than ELBIT YH tubes. ELBIT lists the PVS 31D goggle as having the Pinnacle® tubes and the other ground units(5032,SBNVG) don't have that listed. Would that be listed on the spec sheet? Thanks!

honestly.. I kinda wish I would of gone the elbit thin filmed route. FPN and light streaking kinda bug me with my L3 unfilmed DTNVS. But... I guess I have better clarity at very low light scenarios
