This will PROBABLY be drown out a bit by the other comments, but I had a Kobold char where it was a little odd with how HIS junk worked: he had a slit, but he could ALSO extend it out like a sheath with a bit of "fiddling"

So far I see mostly a call on 2 for the head, 2 for the horns, 2 for the legs, and an even tie of nine calls for either A or B genitals. Wow, I was not expecting that last part at all. What a choice to make for that one. I wonder how the rest of the voting will go. will there be a tie breaker at the end of the voting for balls or no balls? O.o

Looking super cute! I Like: Head: 2 Horns: 3 Legs: 1 Naughty parts...I've always liked the real anatomy of a croc TBH, they have really unique and interesting looking penises...I could find you some ref's if you want, or just Google it haha... But on scalies I like slits better than sheaths

K, opinion time. ^.^ I'd say 1 for the head shown below in darker green. 2 for the head horns. 1or 2 for the legs. And b for the sheath-less near cloaca type opening, much as the male Cookie has. Seeing this one is new, you could also try for giving him a full lizard cloaca. And you may not need to model an anus, and use that one model for both a male and female, with a few minor alterations to color, size, and perhaps horn type, such as type 1 or 3 horns for the female. Just a thought. ^.^

Love the idea of the character! Personally I like the sheath and balls. I know it’s not “correct” but it makes for great eye candy. I mean...who doesn’t want to see those things swinging around?
