The anatomy shouldn't change that much between anthros and ferals. As far as "pooping a tail"...the anus is right next to the 'furry wagger'.

In ferals the butt is just below the tail, though in anthros it's a lot lower, otherwise she'd either have a butt on her back or a look like she's pooping a tail. The rendered view makes this look a lot less drastic as the thick tail fluff isn't shown in the preview.

I will assure you anal on female and anal on male hold 2 distinctly different spots in my mind.
