April has been another busy month! The English audio for Vibrabbits Origins 03 has been recorded and edited, and I will begin working on the animation in the coming months. The voice acting this time around was provided by BordeauxBlack and Endymion!

Due to the structure of the original manga, I will be releasing a "broadcast" version of the animation early, alongside a full recreation later on. The broadcast version will simply be the broadcast from the original manga, whereas the full recreation will include the bonus city scene. This is mostly to give me time to research the best way to simulate a crowd.
原作漫画の構成上、アニメは「放送版」と「完全再現版」を早めに公開することにしています。放送版では原作マンガの放送をそのまま、完全再現版では特典の街のシーンを収録する予定です。これは、群衆のシミュレーションを研究する時間を確保するためです。
Also of note, I've been working on revamping HaigureSim to include more tutorial elements, proper menus, and a dialogue system. I'm rebuilding the game for a newer version of the Unity Engine, as well as revamping some systems to (hopefully) make them better, or at least more flexible for the new modes. Ideally this will allow me to add a way to progress in the default mode (now called Guerrilla Mode, as in "guerrilla reporting"), and build upon the A-Life idea of Gureira Mode.

In May, I'm hoping to stylize the UI a bit more, reimplement Guerrilla Mode into this version, and add the two side rooms to Lord Gureira's ship. I'm also looking into localization so that a language can be selected upon starting the game.

I've also been reworking the shaders for performance reasons. It's not particularly fun, but if I want to have lots of characters on screen at once, I need to make each one as optimal as possible. Previously, each character had to be rendered twice, once for their body and once for their clothes/leotard. I'm hoping that with this new shader I'll be able to utilize vertex colors to define clothing instead, allowing for a single render for each character.
また、パフォーマンス上の理由から、シェーダーも作り直しました。特に楽しいことではありませんが、一度にたくさんのキャラクターを画面に表示させたい場合、それぞれのキャラクターをできるだけ最適化する必要があります。以前は、各キャラクターを2回レンダリングする必要がありました。1回は身体、もう1回は衣服のレンダリングです。この新しいシェーダーでは、服の定義に頂点カラーを利用することで、各キャラクターのレンダリングを1回で済ませることができるようになると期待しています。

Ah I see! I'll make sure to include an mp4 file whenever I post about ハイグレSim. I'll also focus on getting a Mac version, as a lot of haigure fans seem to be Mac users! Thank you for your response! 🙇♀️

I want to support both "Haigure sim" and "Vibrabbits Origins"! But I'm a Mac user. So you may not be able to play the game you make. Then, I'd be happy if the animation is easy to enjoy with mp4 files!
