Glad I discovered flex through this post. The only issue I've heard of/seen is AMD users have issues with it, but everyone else should be fine. I'd still recommend FSMP for AMD users, though.

FSMP may be behaving that way if you have mods that affect the environments wind, Or the Collison needs resetting https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/86845, I would just use Flex though if its newer and better no reason to not support it

please keep making PBR armor, you're the only one around who natively supports PBR! also a big fan of flex. everyone should migrate.

I didn't know that Flex existed, until you told me. Looks like Flex is more stable in my game, buuut I haven't played far. Currently I'm on process of updating/fixing load order.

Forgive the following, as it’s unsolicited and going to sound entitled. I understand that paying for the subscription in no way entitles us to make any demands on your work, so please don’t see this as a demand. But, some recent changes to the tech you use for your mods kind of sucks for a lot of us. I get the reasoning for using the updated techniques, Flex over FSMP, and pbr over complex materials, but there are still good reasons to stick with the older tech. ENB still has a lot of advantages over CS, and switching between Flex and FSMP mid playthrough can cause issues. The result is that the mods you’ve made over the last few months just don’t look as good as the older ones for many of us, and especially where the physics doesn’t work with FSMP—the Mazken skirt, in particular, just isn’t usable with fsmp. So, I feel like Flex should be listed as a soft requirement for the mod. Anyway, I do appreciate that you want to use the best tech to make the best looking armors you can, and I respect the perfectionism. Your mods are definitely some the highest quality available, regardless of the above, and the sub is still well worth it.

I honestly don't feel any difference other than when I'm using your mods. but since your armors are my favorites I'm completely fine with switching to SMP flex

I’ve had a similar experience myself. Especially since the recent updates that made it compatible with frame gen and upscaling, Flex just feels better all around.
