They can’t just lie down in a bed and sleep. Instead, they sleep in a special sleeping bag that’s strapped to the wall, ceiling, or floor (not that those concepts really exist in space). Total space lunatics... Honestly, I’d crap myself if someone just floated past me while I was trying to sleep.
And, obviously, you can’t just rest your head on a pillow either.
Oh, and let’s not forget—they don’t see just one sunrise and sunset like we do. They see about 16 because the ISS orbits Earth every 1.5 hours. Every 45 minutes, they hit the boundary between light and dark, called the terminator (and yes, "the machines rose from the ashes...").
On Earth, the transition between light and dark shows up as sunrise and sunset, smoothed out by the atmosphere. In space, though, the boundary is super sharp.
Good luck sleeping with that—there’s light shining in your face all the damn time.

Dont worry Freddie, i had the same a few times, who is on your boat will still support you. There is no replacement for hard work ..its good for a period of time even if it is a 1-2-3 years ….but you will get there.

I have my own company and work as a contractor software engineer, and right now I’m working on two projects which basically makes me work almost all day (except a few hours of sleep) so I’m exhausted. Also had some really stressful situation in my personal life last week which was not fun to deal with and left me a bit traumatized. That’s why seeing your photos makes me much happier. I can escape.
