Ah, a fellow CPG Grey fan. I love his one video a year :D But, yes. I agree. It's better to have general themes. It's also good not to "give up" on a thing just because you fell off the wagon for a day or a week or whatever

Lab Notes: - Looks like Echo is starting off the year well! - I don't do resolutions, I follow CGP Grey's video on doing general themes for the year. - That way a general direction of trends actually helps you improve your set behavior instead of setting specific goals that causes frustration when you fail at it.
