08-10-2020 Update - Mental Health Recovery
🕑 Added 2020-08-09 23:49:22 +0000 UTCHi guys, hope you're all doing alright. I've been doing my best to keep it together and not have another episode. Unfortunately I keep having moments where I pause and everything to hits me all at once, which happened last night a couple of times at work. I didn't break down in tears but it could have happened.
I've been able to sleep more and eat somewhat better thanks to my free time. I'll be working on some long overdue commissions, but that'll be on my downtime.
That's the thing about working from home, you feel like you're working all the time.
I'm still shaken by what happened last week and there hasn't been that much improvement with certain people or other factors in my life but hopefully things lighten up.
Thank you guys for your patience and support. This time off is helping and hopefully I can return full force.
