This makes so much sense, lol. I taught for like two years, and when I first started I thought that being chill would give the students freedom and they'd do the right thing. Fast forward a month, and they had forced me to become a hardass micromanager and I was annoyed by the whole dynamic. This is why I love Terry, because he walks around every day at BH clearly feeling that extremely relatable way.
