Ark comes home quick with a Caesar Multitoggle! While I've got plenty of Caesar variations to come, Ark has stepped in to fill the temporary gap with a nice multi-toggle variant showing off cute bra/tits and panties. I'll be using this until our version is done!

Hi, in the WIP she seems to have more abs and muscle definition, is this still going to be an option? I think it would suit the character really well.

Incorrect. This is Ark's stuff. He makes mods for all 4 games, but all his mods go on the complete access tier... as per the intent of the collaborative mods (i.e. extra content stuff I commission/pay for, for this Patreon)
