Bit of an experimental feature, but I've had decent success with it. Don't expect to put E cups or DD's on a flat-chested character though. It's more of a way to let people select which proportions they like, closer or further from the original design. (You guys remember when Hatsune Miku didn't have massive thighs?). More often than not fanart gets a bit too liberal with those proportions...
