Ah, yes, the "I didn't see it [because I wasn't looking]" driver... my family has an unfortunate amount of experience with that. Glad other things are going well for you... Will still be trying to make it to Waterstones, but my summer has not gone well, and all my plans for this year have basically been stuffed into a blender and poured down a drain. I'm not giving up hope though! 💜

That chicken sound was so cute. She sounded rather happy I think 🥰

You've only just moved and already you have a neighbour who trusts you with their chickens! Is this common with humans? What is your Charisma stat? My neighbours are more reserved (or maybe they just stay away from the crazy Dalek house).

I, too, had a car accident at the start of summer! No one was hurt except for a minor case of whiplash (me) and a rear bumper to be replaced. Still, glad to hear about the audiobook and see the chickens!

You can tell that that is a content and comfortable hen who appears to appreciate your stewardship. Source: raised on a ranch where there were always chickens. They tend to constantly make low volume cooing sounds while they feel that all is well so that formed a portion of my soundtrack of pleasant nostalgic days when I was young. 😊

That you moved and your neighbors already let you watch their chickens seems like a good sign. I predict eggs in your future.

Thanks 🙂

It’s a good time, right?

Thank you, I’m glad your family are also enjoying the book 😁

Your hair is so beautiful! And the chicken matched! LoL I'm so glad no one was hurt, but I'm sorry you had to experience then entire chain of events an accident causes. I hope the rest of your Summer is more boring and a generally pleasant way. With chicken and child tending, you're sure to be busy. I'm so glad your audio book is coming along so well. I love to re-watch the videos when you're enacting all of the parts! My children heard me laughing and came in my room and watched most of them with me. 2 of my daughters have now read your book also. You do such a good job that although I love reading and have your book, I'm planning to get the audio because of the enjoyment it'll provide me. Thank you for all of your hard work! ❤️💙💜💖🧡💚
