A note on Shiny Tier content
🕑 Added 2023-12-23 09:47:02 +0000 UTCHey Shiny Tier+ members. You might have noticed that some of Shinya's content has been privated and made unavailable.
I've had some licensing issues on the model data brought to my attention, and based on a conservative interpretation, it doesn't seem like modding usage of it, is allowed - so I've taken it down for now, while seeking clarification from the original author of the content. As there's a language barrier, the resolution might take a while.
Apologies for the inconvenience - going forwards I'll be ensuring more care in the use of external model data. I've been lax simply because for my own stuff, I just make (or commission) anything I want and don't have to worry about any of this stuff.
Thanks for your understanding!

TLDR: The latest Furina mod was made private until we can get a response from the original author. Nothing else has been or will be taken down <3

그런 일이 일어날 수도 있는거죠, 항상 좋은 작품 감사합니다

Correct. If we don't have the rights to distribute content, then we must simply take reasonable and correct action by removing it. For now, it might come back (if the original author provides permission), but we're erring on the side of caution.

Is this means that some of the contents will be unavailable to be downloaded? Sry I can’t really understand the situation 🥺

Thanks. Yeah, hopefully things turn out well, but also we have to accept that not everything can resolve in our favour - but we can have the grace to deal with it well.

I hope you can resolve everything smoothly, I know dealing with language barriers can be hard, my bilogical grandmother only knew German fluently, so it was hard to talk to her growing up, since I was raised with only English just like my parents.
