TexFx is responsible for transparency. It was recently updated.

For people having issues with the cloak and panties being black, edit in merged.ini run = CommandList\TexFx\Transparency.1 to run = CommandList\TexFx\Transparency.0

WOW she is amazing. This has to be the best Chiori mod. Nothing to add here but pure perfection. I don't know whats better watching her walk toward you or walk away. The rear view reminds me of the bald punk girl on the fith element sheer mini with thong. Love it.
