Hello,
made some more progress. Most of the major motions are in now, but lack polish. Soldier is still in a pretty rough state, but he's not going to do much anyway. Facial expressions are missing too.
Want to vary Mercy some more. You'll note that her hip pretty much stays in the same position throughout. I want her to shift around and/or maybe move her legs a bit.
Went location scouting, after which I decided to have Soldier's left arm just off to the side. Previously I wanted him to hold on to something but that proved to be too prohibitive, cause for it to work they'd have to stand in a doorway or otherwise the camera would have been too close for the side view to work.
Now I can just place the characters wherever I want. Haven't decided where yet, but I think I'll go with the attacker's first spawn point on Watchpoint Gibraltar.

Have to concur with my fellows. Since I know a changing angle animation is too time extensive I can't pass up seeing your facial animation work which is always a mark of your masterwork/skill.

I approve of all of them. But I know already that, once you animated her face, the front will be my absolutely favourite. Because the way you do faces is...from another world.
