just a quick update before I go to bed!
If you didn't know, this is a picture series. They don't really tell a story or are in any particular order.
Added the fourth and last pose to this. The Imgur album above contains all poses and angles. I'm not sure about the angles on this last pose, so those might change.
I'll be using the same beach background as in my last animation.

Don't expect Mercy or Widow to wear anything other than high heels. All skins of a character use the same skeleton for the body, so the position of the ankle and ball of the foot need to stay where they are. They have to build the models around those skeletons. Here's a look at Mercy's original skeleton: <a href="https://i.imgur.com/qQ3HVn7.jpg" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://i.imgur.com/qQ3HVn7.jpg</a> That's also the reason why Widowmaker is wearing these weird plateau shoes. And also why you'll never see Tracer wearing high heels :D I suppose using a modified skeleton for each skin would cause too many potential problems, since all skins have to be able to play all animations of that character. Also it'd change the height of the character, requiring them to adjust the camera for stuff like highlight intros and such. It's just easier and safer for them this way, I think.
