yeah see video above, when bicycle-ways are cleared, prevalent and prioritized, it works for a plurality of people regardless of weather. just trying to share a different perspective to open our eyes to what's possible. i don't ride a bike for anything other than fun, but then, it's hardly the priority round these parts.
